Official channels and scam warnings

Scammers often pretend to be shops or their support staff. Keep these points in mind to protect your money and accounts.

One official website

Huiji has one website: rlahui.com. Orders, payment and after-sales all happen there. Any other address, even one letter different, is not us.

Huiji will never

  • Message you first to sell, ask for payment, or say you won a prize or your order has a problem.
  • Ask you to use an ATM, online banking or a convenience store to "cancel instalments" or "stop a double charge".
  • Ask for your online banking password, SMS or app codes, card details, or the password of any account of yours (Google, Apple and so on).
  • Give you a receiving address other than the one on the payment page, or ask you to send to another address or network.
  • Ask you to pay a "deposit", "unfreezing fee" or "handling fee" before you get your goods or a refund.

Before you pay

  • The receiving address only appears on the payment page of your own order, and each order has a different amount.
  • Never send money to an address or QR code someone messages you.
  • Refunds are sent to you by Huiji directly and never require a fee first.
Something feels wrong?

Stop and do not send money. Check on the website (Contact or your order page). You can also call your local anti-scam line:
