How to pay with USDT
We only accept USDT, a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US dollar: a US$1 product costs 1 USDT. It is easy the first time too: follow the steps below.
Buying USDT with New Taiwan dollars
No USDT yet? In Taiwan, buy it with New Taiwan dollars on a local exchange and withdraw it to the address on the payment page. The first time takes about 1–3 days (mostly identity checks); after that, a few minutes.
- Open an account on a Taiwanese exchangeFor example MAX or BitoPro. You need your ID card, a second ID and a bank account in your own name. Prefer an exchange registered with the Financial Supervisory Commission for anti-money-laundering (the list is on its website).
- Deposit New Taiwan dollarsTransfer from your linked bank account to the deposit account shown in the exchange app. Never use someone else's account, and never send money to a "coin dealer" or any private person.
- Buy USDT with New Taiwan dollarsUse the exchange's USDT/TWD market. Buy the amount on the payment page plus the withdrawal fee, and at least the exchange's minimum withdrawal (see the table).
- Withdraw to the address on our payment pageChoose "withdraw USDT", pick the same network as on the payment page, paste our address, and make the amount received exactly the amount on the payment page (fee on top).
- Wait for the automatic confirmationOnce confirmed on chain, delivery usually follows within 1–3 minutes, on your order page and in your notices.

- Exchanges have a minimum withdrawal (see the table). For a 3 USDT order, you cannot withdraw just 3 USDT.
- The simplest way: buy more of the same product in one order so the total passes the minimum; many products have quantity discounts.
- Do not withdraw more than the payment page shows to pay: the extra is not returned automatically and has to be sorted out with us by hand.
- If you know crypto wallets, you can withdraw to your own wallet first and pay from there; sending from a wallet needs a little POL (Polygon), BNB (BEP20) or TRX (TRC20) for fees.
We have no partnership with these exchanges and give no investment advice; this only explains how to pay.
1. Get USDT
- Buy USDT on the crypto exchange or wallet you use.
- Have a little more than the order total: exchanges usually charge a separate withdrawal fee.
2. Pick the network
- We accept three networks: TRC20 (TRON), BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) and Polygon. Choose the same network when you withdraw as on the payment page.
- TRC20 receiving addresses start with T. BEP20 and Polygon use the same address starting with 0x, but they are different networks: always pick the one on the payment page.
- Do not send over ERC20 (Ethereum) or any other network to an address starting with 0x. The address looks the same, but our system will not see the payment; we can only sort it out by hand.
- Withdrawal fees differ between exchanges; compare them before you choose a network.
3. Send exactly the same amount
- The amount on the payment page has decimals, for example 12.0003 or 11.9998 USDT. The decimals identify your order; sometimes they are a little over the order total, sometimes a little under (at most 0.0999 USDT). Enter every digit and do not round.
- If your exchange takes its fee out of the amount you withdraw, add the fee so that the amount received is exactly the amount on the payment page.
- Copy and paste the receiving address, then check its first and last characters.
- The payment page shows a deadline, fixed when you place the order. If you have not paid by then, the order is cancelled and you place a new one.
4. After you pay
- Once the transfer is confirmed on chain, we usually confirm and deliver within 1–3 minutes. The result is shown on your order page; no screenshot is needed.
- If it takes longer, press "I have paid: check now", or paste the transaction ID (TXID / hash, in your exchange's withdrawal history) to speed things up.
- Our receiving address is only shown on the payment page of this site (rlahui.com). We never message you to pay another address, and never ask for your wallet's seed phrase or private key.
- Buy USDT only on an exchange, in your own account. People who call themselves "coin dealers" and ask you to send them money to buy for you, or to meet in person, are often scammers or money launderers.
- A payment counts only once it is on the blockchain; a screenshot is not a payment.
Questions
I sent the wrong amount or too little.
Do not send more or pay again. Contact us with your order number and transaction ID; the owner checks it by hand.
My order was cancelled for running out of time, but I had already paid.
Do not pay again. When the payment arrives, we match it to the order and deliver; the order changes from Cancelled to Paid. If nothing is delivered within 30 minutes, contact us with the transaction ID.
I used the wrong network.
For example ERC20 to a 0x address. Our system cannot see that payment; contact us straight away. Whether it can be recovered depends on the case and is not guaranteed.
Can I get a refund?
When an after-sales case calls for a refund, the owner sends USDT back from the shop's wallet. The cooling-off right does not apply to digital goods; see the terms of service.
