About this product
Scribd hosts a large library of user-uploaded documents (notes, reports, sheet music and more) and Everand ebooks and audiobooks. We deliver an account (login and password) by hand within 24 hours. Note: it is a trial account with a limited number of document downloads, so do not buy it for bulk downloading; reading online is not limited. This is a separate account, not an upgrade of your own; data, history and settings from your own account do not carry over. If you cannot sign in or the plan stops within 25 days of delivery, you can ask for a replacement.
After-sales support
Includes 25 days of after-sales support · Remedy: replacement
If you cannot sign in or the plan stops working within 25 days of delivery, open a ticket from this order with a screenshot of the sign-in error or the plan page. Once verified, we send a replacement account. Running out of downloads is not a failure. Suspensions caused by changing the account email, sharing the login, exceeding the device limit or breaking the service's terms are not covered.
- Unofficial channel: we are an independent reseller, not affiliated with the issuer.
- Codes and links may be revoked or disabled by the issuer.
- Includes 25 days of after-sales support（Remedy: replacement）
- Digital goods cannot be returned once delivered; no return or cooling-off period applies.
- This service is not available in mainland China.
