About this product

Connect GitHub and Railway deploys websites, APIs, bots and databases (Postgres, Redis and more) without servers to manage. Hobby includes a monthly usage allowance, ideal for personal projects and small services. This code works on newly registered Railway accounts only. Redeem within 7 days of purchase. No support after a successful redemption. Usage beyond the plan's allowance is billed under Railway's rules, so watch your billing settings.

After-sales support

Within 7 days of delivery, if the code shows as invalid, used or expired the first time you apply it on an eligible account, open a ticket from this order with a screenshot of the error. Once verified, we send a replacement. Ineligible accounts (for example ones that have paid before or are not new), redemption after 7 days and plan changes after a successful redemption are not covered.

If payment went through but an item is missing or incorrect, use Contact Us and give the order number so we can check delivery. For a problem after delivery, check the coverage and reporting window for this item. Open a ticket from the order within that window and include the time, error message and relevant screenshot. We reply in the order.
