About this product

Granola listens to online or in-person meetings on your computer (no bot joins the call) and turns them into key points, action items and summaries; you can also ask it who agreed to what. Works with Google Meet, Zoom, Teams and more, on Mac, Windows and iPhone. Business gives unlimited meetings, shared team folders and advanced AI models; up to 10 colleagues can join the same workspace for a year. This code applies to your own account. Redeem within 7 days of purchase. Get participants' consent before recording a meeting.

After-sales support

Within 7 days of delivery, if the code shows as invalid, used or expired the first time you apply it on an eligible account, open a ticket from this order with a screenshot of the error. Once verified, we send a replacement. Ineligible accounts (for example ones that have paid before or are not new), redemption after 7 days and plan changes after a successful redemption are not covered.

If payment went through but an item is missing or incorrect, use Contact Us and give the order number so we can check delivery. For a problem after delivery, check the coverage and reporting window for this item. Open a ticket from the order within that window and include the time, error message and relevant screenshot. We reply in the order.
