About this product

You receive a Figma account (email, Figma password and mailbox or 2FA details). The education plan includes Professional features: unlimited files and pages, team libraries, version history, Dev Mode view and monthly AI credits for Figma Make to generate UI and prototypes. Under Figma's terms, the education plan is for learning and non-commercial use. This is a separate account, not an upgrade of your own; data, history and settings from your own account do not carry over. Duplicate files from your old account or export .fig files and import them. Change the Figma password after delivery, but do not change the account email.

After-sales support

If you cannot sign in or the plan stops working within 30 days of delivery, open a ticket from this order with a screenshot of the sign-in error or the plan page. Once verified, we send a replacement account. Suspensions caused by changing the account email, sharing the login, exceeding the device limit or breaking the service's terms are not covered.

If payment went through but an item is missing or incorrect, use Contact Us and give the order number so we can check delivery. For a problem after delivery, check the coverage and reporting window for this item. Open a ticket from the order within that window and include the time, error message and relevant screenshot. We reply in the order.
