About this product
You receive a mailbox login and password. Sign in to the mailbox and accept the Canva team invitation, then sign in to Canva to use Pro as a team member: millions of premium templates and assets, background remover, Magic Resize, AI design tools, Brand Kit and more storage. Future sign-in codes arrive in the same mailbox. This is an education team seat, under Canva's education terms: suited to study, classes and personal use. This is a separate account, not an upgrade of your own; data, history and settings from your own account do not carry over. Designs live in the team, so download important work regularly. Replacement is covered for 30 days from delivery; if the seat is removed after that, buy a new one.

If you cannot sign in or the plan stops working within 30 days of delivery, open a ticket from this order with a screenshot of the sign-in error or the plan page. Once verified, we send a replacement account. Moving designs out of the team or deleting team content is excluded. Suspensions caused by changing the account email, sharing the login, exceeding the device limit or breaking the service's terms are not covered.
